Blockade updates and closures

We will be rolling out some balancing updates related to the costs, board size, and mercenary jobbing in blockades. There will be test blockades on Ice on Sept 4th. In order to get as many blockaders as possible, Ice will be open to all pirates. Come by to help test or to get a sneak peak at some of the updates!

To celebrate the changes to blockades, we're hosting some blockade action on Emerald September 23rd! That's right, load up a ship and see how ye fare in an event blockade. Keep an eye out for any plunder that needs hauling. Or ye can grab some popcorn and spectate with us!

Please note, because of the event blockades designed to help shake any of the bugs out, player blockades will be closed the weekend of the 23rd.
