Malachite is full of greenie officers, and the dubloon prices have skyrocketed nearly 400 PoE in just two days, with no end in sight. I'm moving back to Sage, though I might stop by to visit every now and then.

Seeing as how the ocean will be open for more than a month, and after that month people will still be quitting, I think it was easier to make this thread with the others rather than waiting for what you consider a "reasonable" amount of time to play before you quit.

Well, the new update got me to thinking.

I dislike the new foraging game. That's neither here nor there, though, because I wasn't much of a forager. However, with the change in foraging comes the change in the way gems function. Now, running large amounts of gems gets them stolen from your ship.

Honestly, the thing I enjoyed more than anything in this game world was running gems. Nothing was more fun than taking a fat load of gems from one end of the ocean to the other, raking in thousands of PoE profit, and sailing home laden down with cash. Gem running was the only reason I went through the pain of memming the entire ocean.

Since that's gone, and since I really don't like pillaging, SMHs generally suck, merchanting is boring, running a shop seems dreadfully dull, and, well, I hate the new foraging game, there seems to be little reason to hang out.

I may be back. But for now, Idclipper sails no more on Malachite. Or anywhere else for that matter.

After reviewing the reasons for your banning and your subsequent
communications, we have no choice but deny your request for unbanning the
account.

After coming back from having a week off after regaining my account after it was stolen, I tried to log in. I couldn't. This was the response I received when I contacted support about it.
Therefore, I'm done.
To think I was unbanned from account that I purposely got temp banned, and then I was rebanned for no explainable reason doesn't really make sense to me.
Meh, thanks for the fun guys.

I'll come troll forums when I feel like it.

I started playing Warhammer online when it came out. Now, I ended up buying WotLK, and can't help but play it when I have free time. So, I don't think I'll be returning to YPP for a while.

If I ever become bored enough of those other games, I may return, but right now it seems unlikely. Bye YPP!

I refuse to make my quitting angsty or dramatic, but I certainly will inform Malachite of it. Good bye Puzzle Pirates and Malachite, I've had too much fun to ever want to forget. Fair winds.

I would like to, however, preach to those that may forget, this is nothing more than a game. Enjoy it, but don't get carried away.
