minor input system request

really just a very minor thing that would be very helpfull to me (and likely other users of non-american keyboard sets):

make the slash commands case-insensitive.

on me german keyboard, i need to press shift to get a slash ("/"), and so i sometimes end up typing "/Cr ahoy, mates" which gives me a "/Cr unknown command".
