A correction to the above statement - To better accommodate our last minute holiday shopping blockades are now closed for the weekend of December 21st in addition to December 28th. Merry Festivus, everyone! A note on scuttles: Scuttles were briefly disabled as part of the blockade shutdown process. They are now again enabled for your scuttling pleasure. - Pro

Re: Blockades News and Island Openings Reply to this Post Reply with Quote Due to behavior in recent blockades, we are updating our policy to help defenders deal with mass drops from flags with no intention to blockade fairly. http://yppedia.puzzlepirates.com/Official:Policy#Blockades   If at the end of round one the attacking flag is not putting up sufficient fight, as determined by the Oceanmaster on duty, we will consider that as their flag's consent to end the blockade early. Therefore in such cases, a petition to end the blockade after round one will only be required from the defender, the attacker's agreement will not be necessary. ---------------------------------------- "Demeter is sneeeaky." A blockade still has to run until the end of round one. You will still be able to scuttle brigand kings. As noted above, blockades are closed the weekend of May 4th. Throughout the weekend we will be hosting a variety of grey-blue competitions and tournaments to keep yer piratey skills sharp.
