And it's closed. I'm going to be locking the entry threads now, and also this thread. Once I compile a full list of entries, though, I'll post that in a new thread, and you can chat in there. This one will stay locked except for judging updates and then the results. Please allow us a couple of weeks for judging, and thank you all for your excellent and varied entries! |

Thank you all for the wonderful variety of entries that you inflicted on my lucky colleagues! We all had a lot of fun watching them coming in, and judging them at the end, and we'd like to thank everyone for their entries. We couldn't possibly give a prize to everyone, but every entry was appreciated. Our discreet recording devices noted the following reactions to the entries: "wow!" "whoa!" "awww!" "ew!" "ooh!" "wat" I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I caught at least one "why me?" and several unidentified sounds that could have been the sounds of Ringers falling off chairs. A special thank you to those who sent things into the office, as well. It was a very exciting time! *drum roll* The Winner! The grand prize winner for our overall favorite Valentine's entry was Ecastasy, with the Nemo candle holder. Congratulations, Ecastasy! Please post here, or PM me, with your choice of red familiar, and I'll get that delivered to you. The Runners-Up! Three pirates tied for second place in the overall judging. For portrait prizes, I suggest that you send your Ringer a PM outlining likely times that you will be on over the next week. They can then get back to you with times that might be mutually convenient for a portrait. ZOMG! Thanks sooooo much ^_^. I cannot explain in words how bouncy I am right now. I'll be happily awaiting the day the stork delivers a little red monkeh :) This event was actually great, I was happy to do something I really enjoyed and it was a MUCH needed stress break from school. Awesome event, thank you so much for hosting it, Apollo. I *LOVED* seeing what everyone came up with for their entries. It was amazing and I am really impressed with the creativity of the mates in y!pp. Can't wait to play on my new war brig.
