(Once yer completely familiar with nifty Photoshop tools, don't be afraid to use bolder shading/highlights and more dynamic background designs - but then again that'd probably change that mild, mellow style which i like heaps as it is ^___^) That little mouse (Muffin Crumbs) in Scary's avatar is ubercute!! It was really hard to pick and choose what to do with this one since I know Korr so well ... here's the avatar size: Because the avatar size one is so small, here's a bigger version of what I did. The Harry Potter reference is everywhere, and the drunk reference is in the book "How to make rum".... then there's the turban that Korr used to wear in the beginning of his Sage days, with the Lot Lot colour of Red (and I changed grey to black because he's now captain).
