Gifting Subscription From Steam Account

I'm trying to gift a subscription from a steam based YPP account. But the login screen I get is a series of numbers then @stm (so in the form of 1234567890@stm).

I have no idea what the password would be and since it didn't redirect to me to steam to login I assume its not my steam password.

Any ideas how I'd login to be able to gift a subscription?
