The game will be down for slightly longer than usual after rebooting on 12th November for scheduled maintenance; this will happen at 4am PST/7am EST/noon GMT/UTC. All oceans will be affected. We are going to have to extend our server downtime and pull the servers back down. Unfortunately I do not have an estimate on how long this will be, but we're working on the issues as fast as we can. We'll post here as we have any updates. We're going to need to keep the servers down at least until tomorrow morning. We'd like to get them functioning normally as soon as we can on Friday. As always, we'll post here as more information becomes available. Thanks for all the messages of support you've sent us these past few days. Morning update: We're still seeing a number of issues. While our developers are working on it, you can expect to see some additional downtime. I don't have an ETA right now, but as we know more we'll post here. As a side note, thank you to all those who were on this morning and lent us a hand testing when asked. We appreciate it, mates!

As many of you can see, the oceans seem to be sailing smoothly now *knocks on wood*. Thank you all for your patience while we dealt with the issues that were causing the lag and disconnects. We suspect that this began when we had to roll back the servers, so we upgraded the oceans' hardware yesterday. This process had some hiccups which is why we had the extended downtime last night and today. We believe the majority of the problem has now been corrected. We understand that it's frustrating when there are game problems. To help, we plan on extending badge time by one week. We will also be hosting some bonus bluegrey competitions and tournaments this weekend. Also, for those who didn't have a chance to pick one up, the LE box currently running will extend two days to end on 11/18 at 3pm. A few notes: - There will be a delay before the badge extension arrives. - It will take us time to review any requests you have sent in, so thank you in advance for your patience. - Blockades will remain off this weekend and BK blockades will be closed in favor of the defenders when they start. Ahoy! During after the reboot tomorrow morning, all active badges will be extended by 7 days. As a bonus, today we went ahead and extended all active subscriptions by 7 days.
