I logged off last night, powered down my computer and went to bed. When I got on today I had several messages from a few different players on Discord about a link I posted to the "Addy Intent" thread by Twistedblake (Brocko). It seems that when people clicked the link they were showing as logged in on my forum account. I have logged out and back in again. We can't replicate the issue. Some had problems logging into their own forum accounts after clicking the link, but that seems to have resolved now. I have seen this happen when the link includes a "jsessionid=" parameter. Mvnforum is ancient, fragile, and unpatched for many years. A security bug would not surprise me. ---------------------------------------- Retired as of August 2015. Sic transit gloria mundi. |
