Where else can I download Ice's server?

Not sure where you found that download link.
I have always directed people to the YPPedia article on Ice.

The MacOS link is: http://download.ice.puzzlepirates.com/yoclient/test-install.dmg
I tested it and it does serve a file (can't test file, no MacOS!)

ETA: You said "server" but you plainly meant "client". Grey Havens does not make available the source code or packages for any servers they run.
