  What are we doing? We will sing! AGAIN! What is this? Let's show them landlubbers that pirates can be creative too! Why, oh why? Because it is fun! When do I have to do this? 11am on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020 The prizes Prizes will be flexible, depending on the quantity and quality of entries. The details * Choose a Christmas / festive / winter song * Perform the song, with your friends and relatives helping out AND adding a piratey feel to the performance ("I'm dreaming of a white Christmas (chorus of YARRRRRR!)", "Come, they told me pa-ru-pu-pu-pum (chorus of RUM! RUM! RUM!", etc) * You will have to include in the lyrics somehow the words Caroling Candle. You may sing or say these words! * Rehearsal is optional, but recommended * Remember to record yourself somehow and upload your file to a web space or file hosting service, and copy the link for the file. * Make sure (get a mate to check) that your file can be accessed and played without signing in, registering, membership or delayed download! * You may edit your post up until the deadline. Entries should include * Pirate name * Ocean * Favorite in-game color, excluding special colors * Link to yer wondrous performance * You may also choose to give a shout-out to your able singing minions. Phaeirie, Emerald Black The continuing battle about pineapple on pizza. Oh Holy Scupper! Mr and Mrs Phaeirie suggest that copious amounts of rum be consumed before listening! OH HOLY SCUPPER Oh holy scupper!The cannonballs are flying For tonight all the ocean is at war. Boats out to sea,with guns all full and firing at any ship - all alliances ignored. A flash of guns, another flag has fallen, the wreckages lies - all oe'r the sea tis strewn There will be no peace The pirates make such noises oh not on mine oh no pineapple please oh not on mine oh no pineapple please. The time has come for pirates to make choices put fruit or not upon their pizza pie. Tomato and cheese, covers all the slices, meats and veg, but what about the fruit? The guns go so quiet,no sound comes from the battles and all that's heard is the song of caroling candles.. bet y'all thought I wasn't doodling at all this year ;) Wayfarer, Emerald, Black. Definitely misread this and said caroling candle in the recording but not as part of the lyrics. Anyway. Am-m-m-aaaazing! Loved them all! If there's ever been a doodle that puts a smile on my face, this is the one :) The winner receives a sloop Caroling Candlefish, a giant imperial nutcracker, Clotho egg, trinket and 5 shiny Sun point is Redjade of Emerald! You will need to trade the ship to an alt and back to update property. Runner ups who will receive a giant imperial nutcracker, Clotho egg, trinket and 3 shiny Sun points each: Herowena of Cerulean, Phaeirie of Emerald and Wayfarer of Emerald (yep, the caroling candle counts as it was on the recording) Special mention to Greyladyy of Cerulean who receives a trinket and a shiny sun point!
