Drawing contest

edit for typo on deadline

Show a pirate doing something on a rainy day. It can be a fictional pirate, a historic pirate, a generic pirate or a YPP pirate. Drawing can be done with any software or by hand. Judging will be based aprox 50% on how well the drawing helps explain the situation and 50% on how interesting the action is.

This is an example of boring:
Sleeping All Day

Prize(s) will be awarded to as many as I pick.
2 months subscription time
AND
rope coils - tan/tan, short sword green/green, and 20 swigs of whisking potion OR 3k PoE

DEADLINE
Midnight PDT April 17, 2019

Open to players on any ocean but prizes must be collected on Cerulean.
One entry per person, please.

This is a shame, sorry. Maybe it's just me, but I expect contests to be listed under Events, and I never saw this.

I agree with Herowena - Events are usually the place for contests. Sometimes we have entry-only threads listed here if they are large and need discussion space in Events, but otherwise the entire competition goes in Events.

I read this a few weeks ago and thought I'd missed it as well since the deadline was April 1st then- I see its been edited now but I didn't think to check back!

I posted here originally since I was basing my contest on one held by Blackhammer in 2013. I will post in Events from now on. The next will be ending June 9.
