The puzzle mechanics do look very similar, although its not like those mechanics are unique to puzzle pirates. I have played and seen other games with similar mechanics (not for making alcohol). It is slightly concerning that the puzzle looks very similar, so do the board graphics AND it's a brew making puzzle. At least that version isn't broken compared to Obsidian. It definitely seems like a rip-off, although the developer swears "there's much more going on" and "We think that fans of Puzzle Pirates will enjoy it, but will definitely find it a game in its own right!" It looks like there's some kind of worker-placement and customer system, so that will be interesting to see how it plays out. ---------------------------------------- Empresstamar of Emerald.
