I like how we use greeter chat on ICE, but understandable is a small community in which we carry on conversations.

I found having to wait a couple of minutes on trader chat annoying, but I guess was using it incorrectly. It is actually meant as a way to sell items globally on an ocean instead of locally in the Inns. It is a great idea and the delay is a good idea and actually might need to be longer if the chat gets overloaded.
