I really think it would be helpful and convenient for there to be some way to contact other royal members in allied flags. It would help many people talk about what they need to when royal pirate are all over the place and can't all be in the same chat at once, so why not alliance royal chat? |

A problem I see is this: Flag A is allied with Flag B. Flag B is allied with Flag C. Flag A and Flag C have no official relationship. Obviously anybody could see the royals from their own flag chat, and they could also see anyone from flag B. But what about the royals in flag A? Can they see a chat from a royal in flag C? It might be confusing if A said something, B responded to A, C responded to B, then B responded to C. To the player from A, it would look like B was going crazy. TL,DR: Just because someone is allied with your flag doesn't mean that they're allied with all flags you are. There's no way to reliably populate this "alliance royal" chat.
