Watch the trailer here. Ok, so I think this looks absolutely amazing, and I will be first in line to see it when it comes out. Thoughts? ---------------------------------------- Ions Captain of the Pimps at Sea. Avatars by Inghild, Yumisa ...and Imp. |

So very frustrated. I LOVE Leo. I enjoy some of Baz's work. ...I hate this book, I hate this story, and I don't know what to do with myself. ---------------------------------------- Oz is REAL, DAMMIT. |

I think you're underestimating how awesome DiCaprio is, and the whole '20s culture. ---------------------------------------- Ions Captain of the Pimps at Sea. Avatars by Inghild, Yumisa ...and Imp. |

As one of the millions of girls who had Leo taped to my ceiling... I don't underestimate him. But the only book I hated more in high school? ...Catcher in the Rye. And it's a close race. Holden only annoyed me more than Daisy because he dissed Shakespeare. ---------------------------------------- Oz is REAL, DAMMIT. |

Ok, so, Moulin Rouge is my movie. Like totally and completely. If this has any of the standout characteristics that I think make Moulin Rouge legendary, I can't wait to see it. ~The Maestro ---------------------------------------- Muffynz A Cartographer Member of Crimson Tide YPPedia Admin Not-so-secretly conducting the oceans since 2003. |

Moulin Rouge is a manic delight. I also maintain that people who love good English-language works only hate Shakespeare because they haven't seen it done well. Which is a tragedy of it's own... Then again, you're a Mets fan. :P ---------------------------------------- Oz is REAL, DAMMIT. |

I don't understand the hate on The Great Gatsby. I read it this year in school, and really liked it. Except Tom. Tom was a total douche. Me and my friends had one wish for the ending: That Tom was killed. Other than that, it was pretty good. ----------------------------------------

That's Jack White covering U2's "Love is Blindness" for the trailer. <3 I always think of Fitzgerald in the summer/fall. Deep winter feels like an odd season to me for the film, but there's all sorts of rules for awards and markets and the like determining that. ---------------------------------------- Pierut of Crimson Tide, formerly Looterati, not dead.
