Which captains/SO's are shown... All, active only, or dormant only if no active?

Dormancy is a dynamic thing that cannot be accurately reflected in YPPedia. All Captains and SOs are listed.

But, as a side note, isn't rank also a dynamic thing? :P

Active only, if you please. Dormancy is reflected by not showing them in the infobox - a dormant captain counts as no captain. Dynamicness is taken care of by someone who cares updating it on a regular basis.
