1) Does anyone know when the fort changed it's name from Phantasmagoria to Hogwarts

2) When the Iron Monger Spook N' Shoot was dusted?
I would assume before June 2011, as that is when the Shipyard Spooks & Sloops was built.

Either please update Yppedia or post here so someone (possible me) can update them.

I would assume before June 2011, as that is when the Shipyard Spooks & Sloops was built.

Generally in this sort of situation you'll find that either the iron monger was deliberately dusted so that the shipyard could be built, or that the shipyard was built soon after the iron monger dusted from inattention or somesuch. From the similar names, I'm leaning towards the former. Either way, if I have no verified date, I just put "prior to June 2011" as the dustdate for the older shoppe.
