[Blockade Intent] Intent to Blockade Harmattan

Many a moon ago, a number of our contingent ran Harmattan, and we would very much like to be able to wander the upper floor of the palace in nought but our underwear once again. However we're not ones to settle for an easy ride, so we're very pleased to see Harmattan being blockaded as part of Cobalt's swansong Blockade-athon.

Come One, Come All. Maniacal Menagerie would like a hell of a fight and we hope to see you all there. Boring stuff below:

Start Time: 7pm PDT (Watch the noticeboard from 6.15pm PDT)
Where: Harmattan Island, Cobalt
Paying: Starts at 500 poe/segment , but likely to shoot up!
Jobbing Contact: Xoforhire

I wanted to thank all the flaggies who helped us prep for what turned out to be a flagsit, to the jobbers who helped us shoot at each other in sloops, and especially Ladypete, without whom none of these blocks would ever happen!
