Not sure that will make any real difference. I assume that on Jan 4th, 3 new oceans will show up that you can log into, in addition to the 8 that are there now. Business as usual on the 8, testing only (which will all be wiped) on the 3 new ones. So the transfer can proceed whether or not the testing is done.
