I wouldn't mind aquamarine. That's even my birthstone. I'm still going to push ultramarine , though! It's super blue.

I think of aquamarine as a blue green. (no sub/dub mix tyvm) However, that Ultramarine is pretty impressive. I will have to go with that too.

I like Cerulean, but I know most won't be able to pronounce/spell it. :/

I miss Azure lots, but it's gone and it's not coming back.

(1) If Cire comes out of retirement, we should call the new ocean "Funky Town".

(2) On a related note, the Ringers could make a lot more money if they implemented an "Ocean Rename Policy".

Well, Hermes said that they won't be re-using any ocean names in his most recent Q&A post, so that means Azure isn't going to happen, as cool as it might be.

Q: Will you consider the name ?Azure??

The Azure memorials, as I discovered to my surprise last night, don't seem to mention the word "Azure" anywhere (either that or I was hallucinating, which is also plausible). So from a confusion standpoint, it shouldn't be a big deal, at least with respect to the monuments. The other arguments still hold, though I personally disagree with them.

Interesting, then it's inconsistent.

Though if you click through to the crew/flag descriptions it does say it there, I forgot that part. But other than that the one on Heph's Forge has no mention of Azure whatsoever.

There are 2 monuments on Alpha - one is the Alpha Island Monument (like the one on Heph's Forge), and the other is the Azure Memorial that lists all the /glory given by Azure ocean players.
