Cattrin on Midnight A re-enter from last year: Trinket name: Ribbon Candy Ribbon Candy is everywhere during the holidays. I've used it on gingerbread houses and have ornaments shaped like it. I think it'd be general winter.  So my initial idea was to have it have two colour changes (in cloth colour preferably) With the red base colour changed to gold:  With the green base colour changed to gold:  With both colours changed (red to rose and green to teal)  Especially since ribbon candy comes in such many different colours and designs, it'd be neat. :) Or, if that's too much, I made one that's just red and white:  Which would be just plain, no colour changes. Second, less long-winded entry: Trinket name: Holiday Card  Everyone always makes elaborate schedules out of their need to send out holiday greeting cards. LOL Well if Hero does it, so will I Dexla on Viridian Valentine's day trinket: Love Knot Note - I wasn't planning on this changing colors, but I suppose it could.    No, wait. Third time's a charm. Well not really a charm but a trinket. Anyway. I change my mind.... again. Chinese New Year trinket: Chinese rattle (with a Year of the Dragon symbol)  Thankfully this contest ends tonight so I can stop having trinket ideas. See? Charavie de Jade Name= Iglú(or minigloo, Iglú lantern,) Theme= Winter A warm eskimo souvenir.  2nd trinket Name= Frozen mahjong piece Theme= Chinese new year Next year is the Year of the Dragon according to the Chinese calendar and still winter so I decided to make a frozen piece of mahjong with the Dragon logo. Rhodin Viridian Trinket 1: Heart Shaped Box.  Theme: Valentine's Day I suppose it could be Nirvana-themed, but they're probably all-season, and from the 90s no less. I'm probably dating myself just by having heard of them before they invented Google. The ribbon and box can both change color. Trinket 2: Cranberry Sauce Boat  Theme: December Daily Doodles If I weren't somewhat wary of getting smote, I'd say it was the real reason for the season. Furthermore, depending on when Easter is, the Spring Doodles might fall in the same time period. The Ds are dark green, enabling them to change color. I stayed away from red, since the cranberry sauce is rather close. ---------------------------------------- A Ghyslaine and a Rhodin for every Ocean, but mostly on Viridian. Make the natural choice for our oceans: Google Rhodin Blonde! |
