Whoever gives me the best reason why they deserve 1 poe will win 1 poe.

One poe will forever change my life. If I get one poe I will buy one unit of stone at a bidding market, sail it and sell it for 2 poe. I will repeat this process a lot and eventually work my way up to 10,000,000 poe.
