Newbies with good intentions

Some pirates who intented to help crews by buying supplies don't realize that only officers can deliver them to a ship.I myself as a newbie did this very thing. Ye could post a note on the quote screen to inform them of this issue. Or seeing as pirates are able to deposit to the hold allow them to deliver. I warn that the latter could cause rum shortages if every pirate buys rum to hold as an asset.
