 Hide and Seek - Julie and Prosperity Style When: Saturday, Sept 15 at 09:30 game time (subject to change based on blockades) Details: At approximately 09:30 game time, the name of a pirate will be released by Julie in global chat on the Obsidian Ocean. Remember to have global chat on by typing /global-on. This pirate will be hidden in an undisclosed location. Upon finding the pirate, initiate a trade with them. You will receive a map and the name of a sloop, which is your next destination. There will be multiple sloops available to engage, so just pick one. Use the map to navigate to the sloops and engage one in a battle. There will only be one pirate and the standard number of bots on each sloop, so keep in mind the wrath of the black ship! The sloop will not move, so grapple as soon as you can. Please do not shoot the sloop. In the spirit of the game and competition, please grapple as soon as possible so that more people can have a chance at a prize. Upon winning the battle, you will be invited to a location where you will be tasked to find the room with the pink/pink fish. In this room will be a portrait with all of the information you will need to finish this race! Prizes: 1st place: Unnamed familiar 2nd place: One outfit of their choice ordered from Nonsensical Nudity (hat, top, bottoms, shoes) 3rd place: A limited edition colored pet 4th place: A renamed sloop (Nonsensical ____ ) 5th place: A renamed sloop (Nonsensical ____ ) Rules: Please sign up to participate. You can reply to this post or contact Julie or Prosperity one - two hours before the event. Please engage and grapple the sloop as quickly as possible so as to not disrupt the competition for other players. Keep in mind we cannot control bot ships, but we will do the best we can. Any PVPers that have not completed the first part of this event (initiating a trade with the hidden pirate) will be disqualified from winning a prize. Is it up to the discretion of Prosperity or Julie to "pause" the competition at any time we feel that someone is attempting to disrupt or manipulate the event. Please keep this fair and fun for everyone!
