Colour Days Reply to this Post Reply with Quote The Day is going ahead on The 23rd of every month. See here for details. I know this sounds kinda childish, but I was browsing Cobalt Parley yesterday and I say a post about Lime Day it did very well, and I was thinking that it would be good to make a simmilar day for the Ice Ocean. I was thinking either Aqua or White day, but feel free to suggest one. If we were to do this, it would come in the style of tourneys, events, and pillages, if not more. I'd be glad to help out by making tournaments on Ice for any other color if someone decides to start one. I'm placing suggestions in Bold, and colours that would be silly to have striked. Feel free to argue for a striked one's case though. Aqua Black Blue Brown Gold Green Grey Lime Maroon Navy Orange Pink Purple Red Tan Violet White Yellow Atlantean My choice of date would be the 23rd of every month; one week after Lime Day, but feel free to argue for another date. I'm choosing to rotate them. Here is the first go at a schedule. December: Red (Santa) January: White (Cold and Snow) February: Pink (Valentine's Day) March: Green (Spring) April: Violet (Flowers) May: Blue (The sky at the time) June: Orange (Summer) July: Maroon (Heat) August: Navy (Gap-filler) September: Purple (The colour I make my face go when I realise I have to go back to school.) October: Aqua November: Grey (The sky at that time) What do you think? Its loosely based on Nordenx's post, but I changed it around a bit. The 23rd of the month sounds like a plan, but we could use a different base for the days, like the moon. Edit: Changed Febuary's proposed colour from Yellow to Navy. Edit: Corrected an error with black appearing where it shouldn't. Edit: Once again i've looked over this and wanted to change it. Now Febuary can have pink and a date change so the events occur on Valentine's Day, and switches its Navy for August's Pink. I'm currently shifting from an all white (holiday) phase to an all red (new year) phase. Halloweens are usually all black or black/orange/red for me... Winter Holidays are usually all white or white/blue/green... New Years are all red or red/yellow/white... Valentines are all red or red/pink/white... Spring is usually blues or greens or purple... Summers are usually all tan or tan/white/gold... Now, while I won't object to certain days (weekly) being a certain color day, it's just as long as it's not ever day having it's own color. Thanks for the Seasonal colours, i'll try and compile a list of colours for each month. The first of Ice's colour days will be January 23rd, and will be White Day! Make as many tournaments offering white stuff as you can on the day, and kick up the prodection of white cloths, enamels and paint.
