The Things You Miss?
So i dont really play at all nowadays and check these forums knce every few months but ive noticed even though im rarely around theres still certain aspects of the game i miss? The days when being in a crew actually meant something and you pretty much knew everyone in it e.g. Rated Arr (Marto, Spud, Jacko, Lewis, Eddytheteddy, etc etc) Or the thrill of running a blockade or even just navving in them ans trying to make a name.

Trolling around on the forums and all the political side of the game, miss the days before poker when pillages werent just there to fund the next poker fix and were there for socialising and feeling part of a team.

Just wondering if theres any aspects of the game anyone else misses - this goes for even if you still play.

Good /fo chats (VG and TP for me), being a member of the Macgreggor Fan Club, Marto's conception, Marto's conception jokes, having Awad mediate the Israel-Palestine conflict, forming search parties and looking for Spud on Mermaid's Purse... I could go on all night.

Good /fo chats (VG and TP for me), being a member of the Macgreggor Fan Club, Marto's conception, Marto's conception jokes, having Awad mediate the Israel-Palestine conflict, forming search parties and looking for Spud on Mermaid's Purse... I could go on all night.

VG TP fo chats were legendary. PA fo chats too. We need a flag full of the golden oldies!

I can't remember where it was, but I was somewhere a few days ago where they were playing the radio and "the song" came on. :(

The first few replies have already reminded me of other awesome memories... Apart from "that song" thats not such a good memory..

I miss trying to make Awad (a palestinian who drove a pick up truck without a liscense and was proud of his Playstation 2 and radio cassette player) have a fight with Israeli soldier Dragonblade for laughs.

I mis the Macgreggor jokes.

I miss when familiars were actually somewhat rare still.

I miss hunting Squid Squads war frig pillages with sloops because they did something to piss me off but i cant remember what..

And the Oosteve jokes obviously or the time The Vons won Olive and me and Subliminal made Oonotantix and Oonotsub and lulz ensued.

I had to send my PC to the PC doctor today, not sure how I'm going to look at the dude after he finds my Kalani collection while doing the backup :(.

The reason i dont play anymore is because ive been spending all my time and money on founding Cumdles & Family the first worldwide distributors of Cumdles.

Making fun of a fat indian named Arudhir never got old and he somehow went on and got a girlfriend in real life so i gues he gets the last laugh and proves that some girls do find a guy who can solve a rubiks cube in 30seconds a dream catch.

Also expelling him everyday when a crew member did something wrong as a punishment and generally just calling him fat.

Yokomoko faking his death but updating his bebo all the time because he's a genius.

I just realized Marto got Tom Cruise, his friend and buddy, to replace Antix, his old friend and buddy. And I forgot about foreskin-or-no-foreskin. When the pants came down, good times were had by all (especially Marto's mom).
