wow so cerulean is down to 7 players online...

So all the tailor shops that I have walked into only have "display only" clothes. Is this a glitch or normal blue ocean thing?

I just went to Quid Pro Clothes on Spring and their extensive rack appears as normal, you so you might have just picked a few of the tailors that use their racks for personal storage.
