I don't agree with the pirate rename ability open for everyone. I would recommend it only be for those who have the suffix. It seems like having it open for everyone would cause confusion and could be exploited in the social puzzle.

maybe make it a temporary Rogue mark shoppe addition that is only usable by any pirate with the suffix, and only leave the option available for a set period (6 months, perhaps).
