 I made this image because it contains all my favorite things. I love painting, starfish and jellyfish. I completely love Krakens too, but you have to be careful (see Pirates of the Carribean) so I put that as my moto! I hope you like it! Theatrix - from Hunter   =) My achievements in game have been numerous, but i'm most proud of my forum competition entries. The first I won something in, was the "U giv Doll" contest (hosted by Taco). I made 2 dolls, one of Bia and one of Cleaver. I recieved a lovely parrot feather from Bia. I hope to keep entering the fantasic competitions that are held and would like to say a huge THANK YOU!! to all those (OM's and players alike) who run these events and contests. And the motto says - "you get what you give." |

 Crest: A flame symbol, to represent me crew, Greek Fire Helmet: Actually a green/green tricorne, because I aspire to earn one from the Napi Peak navy soon Shield: I chose a gracefully shaped form for Gracely. The edge is rimmed with orange, to represent Greek Fire again. The colors are predominantly green and purple, like my ship. The mask symbolizes my ship as well, the Masked Harlequin. The three surrounding symbols are my favorite purple blackjack, my favorite bilging symbol the jelly, and the deed to my ship. Supports: To the left, stands my husband, Azreal, wielding a fish as he rumbles. To the right stands the Captain of Greek Fire, Montecarlo, brandishing his Scimitar. They are there to represent my family and my crew...my greatest supports. Motto: My motto is in Greek in honor of my crew. It translates to "Grace and Fire." Grace, for my name and my approach to life. Fire, for my crew, and because fire can also mean passion. Idol : Cobalt  Mermaids - I dance and aspire to be as graceful. Crossed Swords - I love and want to get better at swordfighting. Pirate: Hawkings Ocean: Viridian  Crest: Atop the coat of arms is a striking hawk represents the pirate's personality and his hunting of prey. Helmet: Below the crest is depicted a musketeers hat that represents the pirate's wealth and gentility. Shield: The shield is colored blood red and gold. The blood red fields of the shield represent victory in battle and the gold fields represents the plundering of wealth. Fields: The shield is depicted with fours fields. The upper field, "Chief", represents the pirates allegiance; the center triangle, "Heart", represents the pirates virtues; the left siding, "Strength", represents the pirates enemies; and the right siding, "Mind", represents the pirate's creativity. Charge, Chief: In the upper field of the shield is depicted the wolf Fenrir in Norse Mythology and represents the pirate's fierce allegiance to the crew, "Odin's Demise". Fenrir kills Odin in the battle or Ragnarok at the end of time. Charge, Heart: In the central triangular field of the shield is depicted a sparkling-gold hammer that represents the pirate's skill and prowess in carpentry. Charge, Strength: In the left field of the shield is depicted the skulls of three skellingtons. The skulls represent friendship, persistence and victory, the virtues the pirate holds most dear and is best represented by fighting skellingtons. Junglejim, Viridian.  Based off this, my family crest. Manu Forti; With a strong hand. The sword at the top, to symbolize the motto. The yellow sleeping cap, the item of clothing I wear most commonly. Treasur Drop, the puzzle that I have had most success with. The two swords, symbolic for the puzzle that I was best at first. Nordenx of Viridian  Crest= a golden crown symbolizing my Royalty status and future Monarchy (in-game) Wreath= Chalice of blood trophy (golden squid holding a red enamel cup of kraken's blood symbolizes my quest for adventure, riches, and fame (in-game & IRL). Helm= American eagle symbolizes being a proud American citizen (IRL). Mantling= Green ribbon symbolizing Viridian (in-game) also it symbolizes the holy color of Islam which is part of my Filipino heritage (IRL); our crew's name in gold text in Baybayin Script (ancient Filipino writing system) that symbolizes gold (poe & doubs) & riches (in-game) also the Catholic church (IRL) which is also a part of my Filipino heritage (IRL). Chief= Black for Piracy (in-game & IRL) Field= (in-game) Red for war & valor; White for peace & freedom; Blue for honor & the sea; (IRL) red white & blue are the colors of the Philippine & U.S. flag - symbolizing my Filipino-American status. Charge= Filipino pirate skull and crossed swords - Kris & Kampilan - Filipino swords used by warriors and pirates in the Philippine seas from as early as the 10th century up to today; the Kris symbolizes royalty and officers in command (IRL) & my being a captain & royalty (in-game); the Kampilan symbolizes fierce warriors, rebels, and pirates (IRL) which my crew are (in-game); three yellow stars symbolizes the 3 island groups in the Philippine archipelago (IRL) and the 3 archipelagos in Viridian ocean (in-game); the yellow sun with 8 stylized radiating rays symbolizes the Philippine provinces that first rebelled against the Spaniards (IRL) and my officers and crew members (in-game), without them my crew is nothing. This charge is also used in our crew's banner/flag . Supporter= a red dragon symbolizing the Chinese blood of my ancestors (IRL) and the Shanghais (in-game); golden lion symbolizing my Spaniard ancestors (IRL) and the Latin flag mates we have (in-game) & the flag my crew currently serves -Memetica- where I am also Royalty (in-game).  From top to bottom: Captain's hat: The helm of authority and admiration -I hope to become captain of my own crew one day. Mantling: Searching the seas for precious commodities, treasures of beautiful herbs - Ok so it was the only appropriate mantling i could find! Shield: The fine art of puzzling challenged only by the finest pirates of the sea - my favourite puzzles: Gunnery, Sailing, Sword Fighting, Carpentry and Bnav. Chief or Shield colours: Based apon the fine land where this pirate hails from, every pirate should be proud of their home land!- Arrr!! Scotland! Supporters: The most finest, most majestic creatures of the sea, discreet but prominently beautiful, the seahorse - Named after my favourtie sloop 'Crepuscular Seahorse' bound with the hook of their owner from a battle of the winds. Motto: Words of courage, wisdom and determination. Essential to carry a pirate through triumph and victory. I drew this with paint on my computer so be gentle guys... :) Colors were close to silver as I could get and white for peace and sincerity. Grey and White are also my colors I chose for my crew Haunted. The Crescent represents honors given by a sovereign, whom I respect and admire, and the black color is for the sorrow I feel at this person's retirement. The Scimi's were for two reasons: 1. I love the scimitar - it is, by far, my favorite sword; and 2. because swords in general meant justice The shells were a symbol of one who has travelled to far places which I have indeed in my home ocean of Sage and represents my desire to memorize all the league points there. Drunkenjoe on the midnight ocean  My effort. which somehow took two hours to do despite being incredibly basic looking. background- navy and maroon for my favourite "good clothes" colours (as opposed to my usual tan rags) tankard-kinda goes with the name methinks rigging-this acts as a link between the only two puzzles im pretty good at, sailing and my personal specialty, shipwritery scimitars-my favourite sword and the one im currently saving up for banner-gone for a kind of sideways on crescent moon, seemed fitting with the midnight ocean connection motto-simply says make it float. reference to the shipwritery again, i cant speak latin so i just used a fancy font penguin!-homage to the crew! as a proud member of the seasick penguins i felt i should put it in there in the crew colours i shall now sleep and await the next challenge. well done to all the other ones in the thread, seen some good ones |

Ellenya on Viridian  My coat of arms was made using Microsoft Paint, and it contains my favourite things on pp, including my pets, trophies and my fav colours. Also my trusty foils (which are yello cos thats all i can afford, im too stingy lol) is uncluded twice, cos i dont have any other swords rofl. The chalice of blood is the only element of my design i havent acheived yet, but hopefully i'll get there soon ^_^ The motto is latin, translated on freetranslation website and it says: MASH MUCH RICH SHIPS, which is my crews motto, made up by Runplace ^_^ xxellexx ---------------------------------------- Thanks to Adrielle for making my avvie Life is RAINBOW |

Adrielle on Viridian  The translation of the motto is: Team and mash! hehe (my battle cry). The crown is for being queen of the flag, and the captain symbol is for being captain (pink coz i love pink!). Theres a bit of a windy oceany theme behind that too coz i love to pillage the seas. The catties and ratty are my babies Yumi, Addy and Honey =). I like drinking so the goblet is in there. I love rainbow colours and brightness, so that is what is in the centre. Starhunter, Viridian  Crest - dragon (just cause they?re awesome) dragon means valor and protection (also a protector of treasure...and i tend to get rather protective of my $) Wreath - blue and gold gold means generosity and elevation of mind (well, school does a good job of that...) blue means truth and loyalty Mantling - and green design (there's daisies up top as Glaucus and Oceanus gave me one of those for participating in their avatar contest) green means hope and joy Helm - feathered hat just cause they are my favorite (and i got a maroon/oragne one from Prometheus from U Giv Doll?) Gweenie of Cobalt  The colors Blue and Green are for my flag, Valor. The strong arm of Valor will prevail. The Pineapples are for my battle cry, "Fer the Pineapples!" The color purple is this pirate's favorite color and there is a embossed heart of gold for my crew, the Jade Scorpians. The skull dagger is my favorite weapon. Kinja / Cobalt  Brief description: The shield (a lozenge - I'm female) contains three main colors: purple (royal intentions), red (pillage for blood), and "brick-patterened" brown, altered to look like a Carping background (I love to carp, one of my best skills!). A golden crab trophy is pictured (I've earned one) to represent perseverence - lots of bilging! There are navigation stars (seven, for the "seven seas"), a necessity for a pirate. The shiled is topped with a tricorne (looks like my current hat, in my usual color, green). On top of the hat rests a pile of PoE - I've earned much already but want to gain additional riches through pillaging. The familiar I hope to one day own sits on top of the PoE, representing ultimate achievement. The shiled rests upon an island (me home), with palm trees shown (useful for making boats and getting coconut). There are also fish skeletons leaping out of the water - represents survival at sea (both food and killing skellies). The supports are seahorses (hey, what did you expect? A pirate can't have a _regular_ horse). They're noble creatures of the sea. They hold crossed swords (swordfighting is a crucial survival skill). The motto is written on sail cloth, adorned w/ knots of rope on each end. It reads: "Happiness be A life at Sea" - this is pirate truth :) All is pictured on top of a navigation wheel (someday I hope to mem the entire ocean). The background is divided into blue and silver (for the ocean and for wealth, I like silver more than gold). That was fun :) - Kinja / Cobalt |

Feylind, Midnight  Crown: Parrot, my crowning achievement in the game thus far. Blazon: Tipped scales holding feather and sword; a reference to the fact that I am far more successful in forum events than in any carousing puzzle Colors: Green and gold, representing pirate life, from greenie to experienced yellow-named pirate. The feather, or course, is maroon and grey, as is my parrot. Motto: Translates roughly as "the quill is mightier than the sword". Galasea - Midnight  The color white represents openness and a willingness to learn. I've been playing this game for months and still there's so much out there that I haven't tried yet! Red is my favorite color, and also represents my love for the game because of all the awesome people I've met (<3 my crew!). Gold represents riches, because I have to admit, I really like having poe! The elephant and tiger are my favorite animals and hopefully my future pets. The hammer, boat, stars and bilge pump represent the puzzles that I like most and have spent the most time at. They also stand for all the pillages, blockades and brigand king hunts that my crew and flaggies run and participate in all the time! The crown signifies my hope to someday become a royal and help organize fun events in game. The oak leaves represent strength, perseverence and all the long hours I've spent playing this game. Tilinka, Sage Meh, my roomie stole the tablet fer Christmas. Well.. not really stole since it's hers, not mine... but you get the idea. Fortunately, I've had this floating around forever. Cassis can come up with a more convoluted explanation if she wishes. The colors reflect my adoration of everything bright and chaotic. The cannons be for me passion for gunning, the nav wheel represents me love of navigation (excepting those routes mentioned in my petition yesterday - really could do without them. ^^) The puzzle piece is self-explanatory. The quill and ink reflect our passion for poetry. Gloraelin, Midnight.  Crest: Baron's Helm with strands of PoE to symbolize dreams of a Title, plus a little more wealth. Helm: 'Valiant' helm for strength and honor; red for luck and gold for decoration. Mantling: Strands of flowers - Bittersweet, for truth; and golden roses for the pinnacle of achievement. Supporter: Jellyfish, as they're one of the main supports of the bilging puzzle - one of my best. Shield-- Argent, a saltire green. Field: Green for honor and healing. Charges: Red octopus for luck and my hopes of winning one; TDrop levers for my favorite puzzle, and paintbrushes for artistic skill. Motto: In Tengwar, it reads Up the revolution, friends!, symbolizing never settling for the status quo, among other things. ----------------------------------------

Arr! Jollylady of Viridian presents:  From the top down: Crest: SO icon. To be a Senior Officer in my beloved crew is one of the highest honors I have been bestowed in game to date. Helm: My green and white muffin hat. Shield: Split into three parts. The green areas represent my favorite puzzles: Rumble (first and only ultimate), Sailing, and Distilling. The Navy parts represent some of my favorite YPP activities or pasttimes: My crew's motto ("Blammo!" echoes across the deck whenever our b-navver hits 3-4 cannons in a row into our unsuspecting enemy, who has naught to do but suffer amidst our glee); A quill represents my enjoyment of events, particularly those that require written entries; A book represents the time and entertainment I find in reading the forums (though I read quite a bit IRL, too). The bottom part represents animals in YPP: Taiga, my most prized possession and near constant companion, featured upon a background of grey (first tiger in our crew), and Moby the ginger monkey, who doesn't exist yet, at least not for me, except in the deepest of my piratey dreams. Some day, Moby, we'll find each other! Supports: None other than a sword for a pirate lass, and featured here is my trusty falchion. Motto: This is how I approach my pirate game, and it brings me happiness. (considering I also work in theatre/education, I suppose you could say this is one of my life mottos, too). A note on colors: After a brief stint with purple and lime as a greenie, green and white have been my personal colors. Navy and grey are the colors of my dear crew. I left Moby's panel uncolored, as the lack of color reminds me that no matter what I have achieved, I always have something else to strive for. Pletoo of Sage  Elements: Green and navy are for the land and sea, as well as being my crew colors (which just happen to also be my favorite colors!) The cross is for my beliefs, which I hope shine through in all I do, my speech, my behavior, and my standards. The game icons show my favorite puzzles: bilge, shipwright, duty nav, carpentry, and sailing. The lass in the middle is from the YPPedia and really represents me better than my pirate persona - I love to read and I am a teacher at heart. My crew is the Yohoaholics - I love it and share responsibility for it. I helped start this mighty fine crew and share the captaincy. We make a good team and balance each other out very well. The QT is for my flag, the Quixotic Tangent, which I proudly serve. The purple letters are for the royalty there, I count all of them as friends. The gold trim around everything is because having it makes everything nicer :) The ship deed is for my fleet that I own. I enjoy buying and selling ships as well, and have been known to hang out at the inns just to see what might be for sale. Outside the shield, are three of my proudest moments. I received the Glaucus and Oceanus dolls in the U Giv Doll? contest. The globe is for memming 100% of Sage (and learning too enjoy the duty nav puzzle!) My name is in the banner. I had made several pirates in the beginning, and this is the one that got developed, and has now become my nickname. You know, I'd done so well staying away from these things, and I almost made it! I have one more final tomorrow... and when I flunk I'm coming after you apollo! /me shakes a fist. Anyway... Kitt on Cobalt  My Shield is white, with a black chief, and is charged with a spade and A's, to represent the game of spades. This game probably takes up 75% of my time on YPP these days, and it's the only puzzle I've ever been number one in the ocean at. The Helm/Crest is a Laurel wreathe, which is fitting in more than one way. I chose the wreathe in part because I've never been royalty in any flag, and have no ambitions to do so, so a crown or tiara would not have been correct. They are also pink and black because those are my favorite colors, in game and out. Laurel's are also the first item of clothing I really wanted to be able to wear, and part of the reason I subscribed. They also have a more personal connection to my real life, which those who know me personally will get. The Mantling of my crest is made of paint brushes, which is symbolic of my love of the arts. At one time I was entering every art contest on YPP, and stopped only because art school got too hectic and I had to focus on it instead. (I'm a photo major, btw ;) ) My "supporters" are split in two. The tops are sail riggings, which represent the only other puzzle I've ever been ULT in. It is also pretty much the only puzzle you'll ever be able to convince me to do while pillaging, if you can convince me to pillage. The lower half of supporters are two black panthers, which represent my love of anything feline (le rawrrr) and my in-game feline companion Ace. (He's a black panther, damnit, I don't care if he looks blue!) This also can tie in to my pirate's name, and the billions of cats running around my real house. The motto is french and can be roughly translated to "see art in life everyday" I think I remembered everything :) All hand drawn in my sketchbook, scanned in, and colored in flash. <3 ---------------------------------------- The Infamous Feline Pirate Kitt on Cobalt Rehio says, "Yes, O Mistress" |

Rhodin - Viridian  This is the Crest of the Rhodin Revolution. The colors are the official colors of the Revolution: Blonde and Well-Tanned. The "Helm" is a Tinfoil Muffin Hat that is guaranteed to block alien mind control rays for 60 days if bought new. Most of my hats have yellow feathers, which is why that hat has one, too. The Mantle represents me going "Wow, what a great pre-made vector shape at one in the morning!" The fact that it's vaguely nautical is a plus, since all members of the Revolution are technically pirates. The field is Tan, naturally and the chief is Rhodin Blonde. The hammer represents the many Labor Badges I own across four oceans and to a lesser extent, the Shipwright puzzle which is the only reason I have so many. The Flask and Sparkly Ship represent the other two puzzles I'm good at, Alchemistry and Sailing. Their bright purple and orange colors represent the Winsome Goldfish Casino, which is our corporate sponsor. My supports are two of my most famous alts, Schtroumphe and Ghyslaine. Alts are as important as mains in the Rhodin Revolution, even if they're not logged in as much. Ghys is my second oldest pirate and I've pillaged as her nearly as much as I've pillaged as Rhodin. Schtroumphe represents a proud Halloween tradition (Competition tarting). They're standing on wooden planks, because the Revolution doesn't own any land, yet. That cottage is a condo, apparently. The motto is in English, because Rhodin and her alts are English-speaking pirates. Also, I'm not sure "Up the Revolution" would translate. About halfway through the muffin hat, I decided I wanted to sleep sometime tonight, thus I ended up using some in-game graphics. Puff puff Jerze...puff...midnight  My coat of arms The back ground represents the sea with the colours of the British Bandits.
