Timer booched. At least for poker Reply to this Post

I am in a 20 seconds per turn game. No way the timer is 20 seconds. More like 5-10. (random value, I watched a clock) Sometimes even less. I barely have time to light a cigarette before it goes out. I actually tested a few hands, and let the hourglass to empty. And yes, I tripplechecked, it is a 20 seconds per turn game.

No idea how this works and how is it measured, but something is terribly wrong there. And no, the server doesn't lag for me. Wasn't like that 2 weeks ago, when I last time played. It's terribly frustrating to only have time to watch the cards then the game autofolds you.

Here's one possibility. In all the parlor games, if you repeatedly let the clock run out on your turn, then the system will speed up the timer on subsequent turns. When you start actively playing again, the timer should return to its original value.

I dunno, but my sea battle timer is lagging the battle tonight too. As in, the turn starts before the sand runs out.
