Steam Startup Issues on Mac Reply to this Post
Reply with Quote

Hello friends,

Whenever I run YPP Dark Seas on steam, I get the same usual black window as every mac user, but mine just shuts itself shortly after. Waited for about an hour to see if I'd get prompted with a finished update, but nothing.

I've downloaded and verified the current versions of JRE and JDK, restarted my computer reinstalled YPP Dark Seas/Steam a couple of times, and nothing.

I had this issue. Had to update macos to 10.13 from 10.10 to solve it.

Which version of macos are you running?

Fail

For posterity's sake, I'll try to leave a legible fossil record.
