Brigand King power adjustment

Ahoy, ahoy!

With the most recent patch, we made some changes to how Brigand Kings determine their power in blockades and how that power is adjusted over time based on blockade results.

This also resulted in Brigand King power on all oceans being reset to some default values, which affects already declared blockades as well. As a consequence, the strength of Brigand King blockades ongoing this and next weekend could have changed, in some cases significiantly, so please double check if your flag is fighting a Brigand King soon!

We apologize for not making this clear with more advance warning, but we hope that this change will result in better adjusted Brigand King strength in the long run on all oceans.

We'll of course be monitoring their strength over the next weeks and months and make further adjustments if necessary.

As usual, should you find the Brigand King you're defending against to be too weak, feel free to submit a petition to have its power adjusted upwards, with the usual caveats applying.

Unfortunately, in case a Brigand King is defending or if the power appears to be too high, we cannot make any adjustements for a specific blockade.

Have fun beating up those kings!
