hey guys i think it would be a great idea for the battle navigating with the navy mission you should be able to use all the ships because you only use a Sloop and what happens when you want to try out a War Brig but never battle navigated on it before Thank ye

The same thing happens on a WB that happens on a sloop. There are double gun slots and a permanent null move token that can be dragged to any of the 4 move slots, but actually driving the thing is practically the same.

Managing larger crews and getting used to slight differences in station output are the real challenges when moving up to larger ships.

Naving against a 3 move ship is quite a bit different (and actually easier), though. (There's less places they can move which means you don't have to worry about some of the 4th segment 'psychic grapples'.) I think there should be at least a MB or Bagh navy mission available at some point.

Would be awesome to have levels in the battle nav mission.
Make them open based on both the skill and experience level.
Anything off able, lol!!, for the first 3 ship sizes after sloop.
Then an experience increment and base skill level for the rest.

Divide them into type/main purpose categories. Re: War ships and merchant ships, pillaging etc.

In fact, perhaps the idea of categories/use/would be also helpful and informative to older as well as younger experienced would be bnavers.

Merchants would then be able to concentrate on the skills need to manage their ships..Learn more about them .
Broadening the game possibilities and exploration knowledge for newer gamers is also a way to draw them in and help them find where they fit in.. do best..direction to go in.

Perhaps , in addition to the operation help.. a bit about purpose, best use scenario, opponents to expect. Even a bit about the history- real life and in game.

Since the game is trying to include casual as well as seriously committed play.. this would also fill in for time constrictions, trainer /trainee availability (trainer lack of knowledge) etc.
This would contribute much to the general overall enjoyment for everyone ,as well as, address the new influx of greenies we are expecting.

Perhaps , missions could be set up in a Visual way .
With future levels greyed out. Incentive, consonlidate direction, remove the greenie misconception of the real players blocking them, allow for personal challenge and knowledge acquisition for everyone that could do nothing but enhance the game experience for everyone.

Perhaps, the mission section could also inform players of pending event blockades with at least a line to check out the blockade tab. Perhaps in the section studying war/blockade vessels.

Also, the clothing awarded to the beginning levels be non sub/non badged wearable.

The admirals jacket and other level clothing awards have some special, and distinguishing difference that is visible to other players. Be non tradeable..Have a permanent or longer life. They would then inspire others who love to aquire those visible trophys and awards that instantly set them apart and make them special.

Could also be worn by those doing greenie pillages..could even be a prerquisite for level attainment to run greenie pillages.

Can see this visual marker developing players qualified to lead greenie training pillages for specific areas of the game..being part of a blockade, war, merchanting, pillage leaders, expedition leaders.

Since we are expecting an influx of greenies , encouraging mission use is, to me , of utmost importance. Visible rewards makes it worth doing.. Even if that means they have to learn how the game works to get them ..

More knowledge enabled players means better game time expereince for all of us.
