Poker Roulette General Guideline
Time: Whenever possible
Game Format
-8 Seat private table
-Minimum 3-5 players
-2k no limit
-10 sec timer
-A private area
-A Reliable host (the host does not need to play)
-An Alt to advertise(optional)

0 All participants in the tournament must read the rules. Failure to comply with the rules will not be tolerated. Everyone is also expected to follow all other Game rules and etiquettes.
0.1 The host is not above the "law".
0.2 No cheating
0.3 House rules varies from house to house so read the rules.

1. All in or Fold - preflop
1.1 Because poker rules also apply, newcomers are force to pay the big blind; therefore when the case arises where 2 persons goes into the flop, it is expected of both players to check till the end.

2 The buy in is 200k
2.1 players may join the tournament at anytime
2.2 Players who are short of the 200k after buying in at 200k overtime do not need to rebuy 200k because negligible amount of blinds are often lost on the table.
2.3 Because most players do not leave immediately after they lose, it is mandatory to rebuy in at the table at 200k if the player wishes to remain in the tournament
2.4 Players who have just completely lost their Buy In or Rebuy amount may be allowed to rebuy with all their remaining cash on their table. However if the player loses and rebuys even though they shouldn?t have any money left, the table may decide whether to plank the player, and create a new table.

3 People may watch the game
3.1 It only takes 1 vote to remove a watcher from the area.
3.2 Watchers may not spam.
3.3 Watchers may not chat excessively.
3.4 Watchers may not disturb the players.
3.5 Watchers do have any voting power in any proposals.
3.51 Watchers may gain a voting power in proposals by joining the tournament

4 Players are free to cash out
4.1 Players may cash out a little over or under 200k without any penalty
4.2 Players are eligible to bank once they reach 1 million poe
4.3 Players who cashes out between 250k-800k without informing the table ahead of time (5-10 minute), will be bar from coming back to the game for the day
4.31 Exceptions can be made if 2/3 of all the voters agrees ahead of time
4.32 exceptions will be made if the table is lacking the needed amount of players to function properly
4.33 the other way to be unsuspended is to have an existing player on the table plead on behalf of his case.
4.4 Players may change seats if they have a little over or under 200k

5.0 The Guidelines enforcements depends mainly on the participants and hosts
5.0 Minor offense shall be first enforce by a warning, and a plank. If the person does not get the message, and it is a severe problem, the table may vote to leave and create a new table.
5.1 Every player has equal voting power
5.2 Proposal to repeal minor offense requires ½ of the table vote
5.3 A bigger offense such as cashing out between 250k-800k requires unanimous unity of the table
5.4 A proposal to unsuspended a player or watcher requires 2/3
5.5 Any player may propose a compromise, or temporary solution, and the proposal must be backed up with a good reason
5.6 If a player does not verbal agrees to a proposal, it is assumed the player votes nay.

6.0 There will be future amendments in order to facilitate the event even further.

7. Suggestions to amend the rule will go directly to Theologist who will determine whether the amendment will hinder or facilitate the game even further.
7.1 Happy players is the #1 goal of the guidelines

8.0 if more than 14 players participant shows up to participate in the tournament, another table will be created to accommodate all the participators

Comments? Suggestions? Critics? Please give me constructive Criticism. It is very hard to create a "constitution" players should follow by to prevent misinterpretation.
