I wanted to buy some dubloons, but need to increase my payment limit.
I tried e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org adn even customer serviçe...
Uptil now no reply for 3 days. anyone know of any other way I can contact support?

Billing support is the correct way. It does take a few days.
Be sure you have listed:
How much you would like to increase the limit.
And that you are sending this e-mail from the registered e-mail address attached to the account name.
I think anything over $800 might need written consent.
