Luckyjoe Midnight Ocean Prize Preference: Yellow monkey :), piglet, longship, sloop, doll, calendar. Entry (Here goes): The flag was in great distraught, they didn't know what to do. Whatever they threw at Barnabus the Pale, he parried back at them with a heavy blast of his own. The Monarch didn't know what to do anymore. He thought of surrendering his island to the blood-thirsty Brigand King. "Blast that control crazy monster!" He shouted over the rail at Barnabus. All he heard was ghastly laughing and the snake-like voice constrict very foul words. "You might as well give up, mortal! You cannot defeat me and my crew of death!" A heavy array of cannon-fire emerged from the ghostly flagship that Barnabus and his foul mates plagued. The Monarch's Grand Frigate suddenly was rappidly spinning. The Monarch hopped overboard and dodged the splinters of wood and bits of sailcloth. He was the only man that survived on that vessel. The only man, but everyone of the pirates rats survived. They carried the unconsious Monarch onto an island of rocks. The rats attempted to wake him. They weren't able to, but they heard his heart pounding heavily. A very brave rat stared viciously at the evil, almost transparent ship circle the rocks. The army of rats hopped onto the ships deck. None of Barnabus's ghostly crew noticed them boarding. A swabbie was swabbing the deck nearby. When he turned his back. Three rats tipped over the bucket, spilling soapy water all over the wooden planks. Another rat made a loud racket near the front of the ship. Some of the pirates ran towards the noise and slipped on the soapy water. The rats dragged the five foolish pirates off of the ship into the briny depths. Another rat climbed up the mast and tore off a bit of sail cloth with his sharp teeth and tied some twine to the four corners. Four rats bit the pieces of twine and sat on a plank that was teetered. A few rats jumped on the other end. The plank acted as a teeter-totter and the rats flung into the air at the navigator of the ship. The sail cloth tangled over his eyes. Making him jerk the wheel and fall to the ground. With a mighty crash, the ghostly ship smashed into a mighty rock. Wood splinters were raining from the sky, like a deadly hailstorm. Half the ship being demolished by the rock, the rats scurried onto the rock and cheered. But little did they know the worst was to come. "What was that mighty racket!!!" A loud, raspy voice bellowed from the captain's quarters. A tall, ghostly, figure emerged from the door. "Who goes there? You were ruining my beauty rest while we crush those mortals!" With that, the mighty figure pulls out his saber and strides over to the rats. "You will pay for my vessel in blood!" One rat leaped at the beast, gnawing at the air. Barnabus laughed and brushed the rat into the water. Barnabus raised his sword over the other rats. "You will not harm them." A gentle voice said from behind the ghost. The Monarch stood there, his bandoiler jacket torn, his pant'o'loons tattered, and he was missing his left boot. He stood there with his skull sword raised at the ghost. The two battled ferociously, swords glinting in the moonlight as they clashed together violently. The rats stared at them, finally they climbed the mast and gnawed at the ropes holding the sail up. The ropes untwined and crashed onto the ghostly figure. "GRAHHHH!" He shouted from under the impending sail. He had no choice but to bargain his freedom. "You will offer me my freedom, and in exchange, I will offer this island your property in my eyes, deal?" He said under the massive sail cloth. "It's a bargain." The Monarch said in reply. They let Barnabus go and he took his fleet with him. The day after, the cobbled streets of the island were full of celebration and happiness. Much better than the scarefullness the night before. The rats were the grand of the parade through the streets. "What a happy day! Everyone will remember this fine day, the day that rats had saved the island from impending doom!" The Monarch yells over the roar of the crowd surrounding the fine parade. ~Luckyjoe |

O I love my rat everywhere!! O lets go pilly ye good,perfect rat. O everywhere I go I take him. When I am Sailing when I am Bilging When I am Carpenting when I am Dnavving when I am Bnavving when I am Gunning when i am Lazing Around and when i am puzzling and working at a stall and playing a parlor game. Cmon' you little good rat lets go pilly again! Every second he is by my side! He likes to laze and sleep and work! All you hear is A "peep" or a "squeak". Every adventure every piece of fun. And thats just the great start to my novel! On my pet RAT!!!! Hes stole my heart! I hate to leave him it breaks my heart and i cry maybe. When i log in and look at his whole body it fills my heart with strength and grace. ....So starts the day of pilly and plunder And HOPEFULLY FULL OF GOODS OF WONDER. JUST a day as a pirates Rat YE could say full of fun every day and night and poe to earn and poe and rum and shot and sf and rumble. Mr. Cheese and Bob agree: they're from a fine fRATernity, for Rizzo and Splinter lived through the winter and will into eternity. They're known for their agility and keen adaptability. They're destined to lead a kingdom, indeed with their RATional ability. Though they have a bad reputation, it's from others who made a sensation. While Scabbers and Ratbert drag RAT's name through the dirt they'd RATher fair representation. A RAT's a friend who'll satisfy in hopes that you will gratify his only ambition: to replace superstition with a fame that he can RATify. Piratename: Wcg Ocean: Cobalt Entry:Story Little White Smokey The day i got Smokey it was on christmas, he was not a gift raped rat you can get from the store, I found him out side in the snow. He was bundled up trying to get warm. I went to him and to my surprise he did not run away. I picked him up and brought him in side. He was a white rat with black eyes, the prettiest rat i have ever seen. After he warmed up and i fed him he came up to me and looked up at me with his bitty little black eyes, i knew i could'nt put him back out side in the cold he would'nt survive, so i kept him, i went to make him a bed out of a some hay when i noticed every where i went he followed, I would move forword so would he, I would back up he would follow. I figured i should give him a name other than " Little White Rat" so then i thought, why not Smokey, why this name i had no idea but i guess it fit him. He knew his name right when i said it, he was no ordinary rat, he was very smart, later on i taught him tricks like sit, shake, roll over, i even taught him to give you a high five. From that day me and smokey became good friends, he would follow me every where and no one was frightend by him, they thought he was cute, from ordianry rat every one hated to the Little White Smokey every one loved. ---------------------------------------- Wcg on Cobalt |

The Life of an Unloved Rat As he is born and scurries to his new master he is taken in and named. A few months later as carelessly as he is taken, he is trashed and thrown away. He went to where all trashed rats go and there he is, being taken care of and waiting. He's waiting for a greenie to come so he can be happily taken care of, until a careless mistake happens. Then he will go back to the place of rats and through the heart breaking, yet loving process once again, until the day he came to me, and there he lives happily. This is my entry =) hope you like it. ~~~~~ As you can see, my husband and I love our rats very dearly, we try our best to bring them everywhere we can. Well, the day before our wedding.. my husband left the cheese near our beautiful custom made wedding outfits. As you can see, our rats made quite the mess while searching for the familiar smell of cheese. We didn't have time to get new wedding outfits made, and felt that our wedding would not be complete without our rats.. no matter how mischievious they may be! Hoho hoho, and a bottle full of rum There was a pirate once, named anasky, he loved his rat so much that he was broke on the buy. No matter what he did, no-one wanted him. No clue why that was, maybe of his smell. Hoho hoho, and a bottle full of rats He had some more rats. Broke was bigger to. No clue why he would. Maybe for a life or 2. No matter what he did. He couldn't stop buying. So his life became a rat-plaque. Hoho hoho, and a bottle full of cats Every time he saw a cat, he pushed it away. Because the cat would bite his rats away. Every single day that a cat came, his happiness was gone. He pushed the cat away, away from his rats. Hoho hoho, and a cartoon He was reading with his rats. Without any cats. They were reading a cartoon. It was about rats. He loved it so much that he bought some more rats. The only thing that was left, was his cash. Hoho hoho, and a job to Like God came out of heaven, he gave the rats some jobs. Even the Holy's loved this pets to. Anasky was reading the cartoon again. And his rats came home with cash and a smile. He didn't liked that they were gone, but the rats loved their job. And because he loved his rats, he loved the jobs to. He lived happily ever after with his rats. Hoho hoho, and this is the end Now I am done, I'm going to be quiet and sit back. The song is over, the song is over. Smoochme Viridian Mr. Wilson (my loyal companion) When sailing on high seas, he is with me. When sailing on calm waters, he is with me. Never fear, never disappear. When I have troubles to steer Wilson is always near. The mild "squeak" of approval is all I really need, to put the courage and strength back into my deed. Be it brigands at war, or the strongest love I adore. Loyal in Atlantis sinks, or when the star lit waters blink. Zombies at mayhem, or skellies in dismay. I'll pick u over any pet everyday. The thought of replacing u is more then I can "bare" ; so never leave me, and never be gripped in fear. I will protect u from the vile brigand kings, just as u have been with me through the wildest things. My dear Wilson who I love and adore, u have been there with me through everything and more. From humble beginnings to high raised stats, u are my only true and loyal rat. To my beloved Wilson ................................................................................................... ^_^ wish there was a rat familiar.... sigh. But since i have to choose between the prizes i'd take the Tan monkey if i were to win. Your Fur so soft, your eyes so bright, you light the darkness of the night, your small pure heart finds a way, each and every single day, i love your style and personality, your always there beside me, When i'm sad or down, or when i'm wearing a frown you always turn that upside down, together forever we shall be, just us, you and me, your my rat and my bestest friend, you are my family and thats always true, for no one is as beautiful as you, and as i look back on the memories together, i relize we'll be friends forever, and as our time comes to an end, we hope and prey, that people will treat rats in a very friendly way, and know we take the biggest journey yet, i hold your paw as we walk into the light, pass the darkness of the night. T'was a fine Friday morn I decided that i would mow the lawn So, with this thought in my head I brushed, refreshed, ate, cleaned and made my bed Then, as i was about to leave the shack A sound from above pulled me back I looked around and what did I see? A rat stuck in my attic, staring down at me It was a very puzzled pirate who pushed his chair against the wall (I didn't need a ladder, I'm seven feet tall) How in the seven seas did a creature that small End up in my attic, next to my treasure chest, boxes and all? With great care i brought the little fellow down He was a tiny specimen, all furry and brown The rescuing done, I turned around to leave When "Stop!" squeaked the rat And trust me, I'm not the type to deceive, But mate, was I shocked to hear the rat speak The rat looked at me with beseeching eyes, small and meek "Did you address me, oh little brown friend?" I asked And he replied: "Yes, you see, I know you wanted to mow the lawn, And I thought you should know about the danger that lurks there I'm a creature of the land, I got sharp ears, "From the attic I confirmed, the beast has left his lair. Now thoroughly confused, I asked the wise rat to explain And from him I came to know A huge rattlesnake had made his home nearby And now he lay basking in the sun in the place where I had wanted to go Now hefty pirate that I am, I wasn?t scared of a silly snake But if unknowingly I had stepped on it, That would surely have been the last step I would ever take So I was saved from an unsuspecting end I kissed the rat, realized I had found a friend And ever since then, we've always been together He travels around with me, perched on my shoulder On every journey, every pillage Every voyage of my life's every stage He comes along, my little furry friend A wise, witty and steadfast rat like him is truly a Godsend Why, he's such a brave fellow, mighty of heart That other day, while crossing swords with the enemy, he never moved apart But stayed there right next to me, telling me silently That no matter what, with me he'd always be. He's called Bobo, I gave him that name He is my small but large bringer of luck (He loves poker, together we win every game) And whenever my life seems hopeless and I'm stuck, He's always there to put sense into me Revive my spirit and make my inner demons flee. I'm right now on my way, after months of sailing, back to home Bobo is next to me, the pet who did, unquestioningly, happily roam The seas and oceans and strange new lands by my side all along And seated in my cabin, to him I dedicate this honest song. ________________________________________________________________ Lol, i hope u guys like this poem cauz its 100% outta my heart, it took me 4 days to compose it and write it down....and i really do wish i get appreciated for it as i alwayz used to bag runner ups for the various poems i worte in 4th grade(hehehe)... Hi, I'm onepiecezoro from hunter ocean my speech to all about rats... What have the rats done to make you upset? What have they done to make you mad? They also have a life, and emotions as well. So why, must you be a threat to them? Some, just wanna kill them for fun, while some just want to have them for meals. They just wanna live, by finding food, to survive. And there's nothing they can do to save themselves... if something or someone wants them dead For those who had ever kept a rat for a pet may think, it is fun to have a pet rat at home. There once was a rat called Miss Mouse, who lived in an old shanty house A rat came in, pricked her with a pin, and said she was out of nouse. Now Miss Mouse felt very very sad, so much that it made her mad. She ran after the rat, with a clickety-clack, and said he was very very bad. I apologize for all those bad rhymes. So i decided to name him fishy, seeing as my name is Fish. From that day on we were like a pair of ... Fish. always searching out or dinner. It was fun while it lasted, but then, One day, a Sssssshark,was tracing our tracks. Fishy slipped behind, and got eaten. To this day i cant stop morning the day of my collagues death. /e starts to cry '' i miss him very much'' Oh well life goes on, ill just have to get my big pal God, to bring him back to life!!! yay for the big man! Irockinsf Sage The loveable Quintonjenki Ahhh...........I remember 5 years ago when people had famaliars........I wished for my own pet.........And 2 years later it came true.They made houses,i said no big deal.They made poker,I said no big deal.They got pets,I said my dream come true!I rushed up and got a shack for free and I had my rat.I moved to Sage,and I badly wanted to take Rattyroll with me since he had been my very first pet.Then I moved to Sage and got my shack.Hello little black rat,your cute,what should I name you?I thought and thought while I had dirty and bloody brawls,and met a friend named Quintonjenki.And till the next month my rat was named Rat.My friend got a fully black outfit and then I named it after him.And one day when I proved my friend wrong,he removed me from hearty and muted me.I was so angry I could of just trashed that little stinky rat!But I never did because I didnt want more Rattyrolls,that is my love for rats.Now even while I go to atlantis they tell me to put Quintonjenki away but I tell them chat doesnt lag people and they plank me.I poker in my home,my rat running around me,sometimes catching bugs.I have my own poem made for it............ Captexavier Hunter Natures Soldier A savage war was waged in years of old. When nature's army sought to punish man. For man had grown too arrogant and bold. Around this weakness nature made it's plan. To humble man it sent its smallest tool. A creature smaller than the eye can see. To prove to man that he was but a fool. Yersinia Pestis shall it's name be. But how to bring this danger to your home? Another tiny creature shall be used. That in your streets and alley ways doth roam. A creature that you often have abused. And Rattus Rattus is his proper name. A creature you look down upon and sneer. You have this rude behavior now to blame. For Rattus Rattus, vengeance now is near. The foot soldier in Natures righteous war It steals into your bedroom as you sleep And in your dreams you know not whats in store For Rattus and your death towards you creep Your death takes time. A lesson must be learned. It's painful, but the best instructions are Before it's done for death you will have yearned But do not fret for it's not very far. At first a little sick is all your feel But soon your neck and arm pits start to swell Then your skin turns black and starts to peel Nothing hides the symptoms nor the smell And when you finally sleep in deaths embrace Reflect upon the path that brought you that What brought upon your death and your disgrace Was Rattus Rattus, or, the Common Rat It is a bit darker than perhaps you were looking but I have always been fascinated but the Black Death and the rat's role in it. Anyway, if it should happen to strike your fancy I would prefer the Longship over all the other prizes. Then the sloop, monkey, doll, calander, and pig in that order. Thanks. Attacked by Cats in the city; Attacked by Eagles in the town. They eat Cheese, They eat Rice; Why is that so? Cause they are mice! One sad day, three mice ran, only to know, they're tail is gone. But one good day, a rat got lucky. Was once a scoundrel, but now a chef! The oldest one, oldest of them all, became the greatest, Micky Mouse! But one day, technology enhanced. Causing the poor mice, to now begone. And yet today, the mice can't do anything but go back to bay. Rat poison, Rat trap, causes the rat to face its cruxifition 2008, the Rat roam again! for years they waited, The Year of the Rat has finally arrived! *P.S.
