Can confirm, Chrome warns about an invalid certificate when you try to login on the forums.

OOO/GH let their certificate expire yesterday. I'm sure they will eventually get it fixed.

For a makeshift remedy take off the s in https and just make it http - example: http://forums.puzzlepirates.com/community/mvnforum/index

You wouldn't want to be logging in or otherwise transmitting your password in this insecure mode, however.

And considering how widespread the use of unencrypted WiFi is these days, it's altogether a bad idea to abandon https security.

Chrome allows you to proceed unsafely by clicking "Advanced" and following the link given. Most browsers should offer a similar mechanic. Your connection is still encrypted despite the use of an expired certificate.
